Dr Narada Sharma

Narada Sharma is a certified Psychosocial Recovery Specialist and Psychological Management Executive with over 10 Academic years of knowledge in Psychology, Social Work, Criminology, Forensics Screening, Criminal Law and Conflict Resolutions. She leads a team of professionals in the areas of NDIS supports, Complex Behaviour Intervention and Disability Care . Her corporate nature is governed by NDIS policies and procedures, NDIS Commission Compliances, and Disability Rights/Advocacy. As well as being an Entrepreneur, Narada has attained High Distinction recognition in a Double Honors Degree of Criminology and Criminal Law plus Pre-Medicine and Criminal Justice Certification from Harvard University, endorsed by Dr Deepak Chopra. She also holds a Double Honors Bachelors in Psychological Science and Psychosomatic Medicine, majoring in Personality Neuropsychology and Cognitive Psychology. Narada also pursued certification in Applied Sciences from the University of Queensland, and Forensic Investigations from the National Forensic Network USA. After completion of a PHD thesis research presentation under Stanford University USA, Narada holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from Stanford University, Personality Abnormalities and Clinical Disorders. She collaborates extensively with Allied Health Professionals, Psychiatrists, SIL/SDA Providers and Support Coordinators. Narada thrives on her passion for knowledge and continues to deepen her understanding of the Mental Health sector. The resilience, optimism, and warmth in her persona, makes Narada the ultimate person to bring the best NDIS supports, especially for those under her care! Her deeper understanding of people and their needs, make her approachable and easy to work with. It is envisioned that My Narada is not only named after Narada but it brings the reflection of her personality into the values carried by the company. Her dream is to fill the disability and mental health sector with self-love and self respect!

Minal Sananse

Minal Sinanse is our lovely Registered Nurse at My Narada. She has extensive background in intensive care, general nursing needs and COVID-19 regulations. Minal’s core value of genuineness, empathy and trust makes her the ideal candidate to lead a team for quality supports. Her vital role is the heartbeat of the company, her outlook and drive for ensuring independence for her participants makes her the sweetest person and friendliest person to work around! Her smile in contagious enough to spread amongst the room, and bring revolutionary change to the industry of NDIA.

General Administration and IT Support  

Saad Waseem

Saad Waseem hails from Pakistan and is the General Administration, Social Media and Web. Manager at My Narada. With profound knowledge and expertise in managing CRMs and operating NDIS management software’s for Providers; he has assisted many Australian businesses by simplifying and improving their work processes. Saad is a professional Virtual Assistant (VA) with a fully functional remote team who support designing and digital maintenance. Consistency, altruism and accountability are the key components of Saad – most importantly he never goes a day without adding grace and compassion to his work!
